Value proposition

Why Mountain View

Four things decide a structural or infrastructure package. We hold all four in-house.

01

Structural and infrastructure work, self-performed

Foundations, frame, networks and crossings are not sublet. Owned plant and directly employed labour keep the programme and the quality under one roof.

Twenty items of plant (mixers, loaders, JCBs, excavators, tippers, compactors), plus shuttering, jacks and heavy-duty scaffolding, run by four engineers and foremen and seventy-four skilled and unskilled workers on our own payroll. Nothing waits on a subcontractor’s mobilisation.

02

A record with tier-one clients

Developers and main contractors that award structural packages directly, and come back with the next one.

Structural contracts across five hospitality and residential developments, and wadi-crossing protection on two national water transmission schemes. Every entry in our register is work awarded to us directly and self-performed by our own people and plant.

03

Licensed across buildings and infrastructure

Four licensed activities cover buildings, sewerage networks, and water, electricity and telephone networks and stations.

The same licence that lets us take a hotel structure lets us take a transmission main crossing, a pumping connection or a chamber. Clients running mixed scopes do not need to split the award.

04

Supply alongside the build

Construction materials and petroleum-industry chemicals from the same supplier that does the work.

Cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, blockwork, timber, insulation, cladding and finishes for construction; drilling fluids, production, refining and exploration chemicals for the petroleum industry. Specified by people who have installed them.
