Section 02

Capability

Structural work and infrastructure are self-performed with owned plant and directly employed labour.

01

Structural Works

Foundations, structural frame, masonry, roofing and finishes for residential and non-residential buildings.

From site clearance and excavation through to the last coat of paint: shallow and deep foundations, reinforced concrete frame, blockwork and masonry, roofing, internal and external finishes. Hotel, resort villa and residential structures make up most of the register.

  • Site preparation, clearing, grading and excavation
  • Shallow and deep foundations
  • Reinforced concrete frame and structural works
  • Concrete and masonry works
  • Roofing and exterior finishes
  • Interior finishes, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms
  • Painting, decorating and landscaping

02

Infrastructure Works

Water and sewerage networks, wadi crossings, gabion and riprap protection, chambers and marker posts.

Protection and reinforcement works on live water transmission mains, delivered as a subcontractor to the EPC contractors running the national schemes. Flash-flood resistance is the whole point of the work: the barrier has to hold under hydraulic force, bed scour and debris impact.

  • Foul and storm sewerage networks, pumping and connections
  • Water, electricity and telephone networks and stations
  • Wadi crossing protection: gabion, riprap and stone pitching
  • Reinforced concrete pipeline encasement
  • Chambers, valve pits and access structures
  • Galvanised marker posts on concrete footings with reflective plates

The catalogue runs from the binder in the foundation to the tile on the wall, and from drilling fluids to refining additives. Materials specified by people who have installed them on site, delivered to the plot or to the yard, with a quotation you can raise online from the catalogue itself.

  • Structural materials: cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, blockwork and timber
  • Thermal, acoustic and waterproofing materials
  • Exterior cladding, stone and glass facades
  • Interior finishes, flooring, kitchen and bathroom
  • Drilling, production, refining and exploration chemicals
